Shadow Blue showed up at a volunteers house wearing a collar that was too tight and a bit worn which makes us think he was on his own for a while, although he looked healthy. He is outgoing & friendly. Obviously, had an owner at one point. Note "owner" vs "family". Families don't dump their pets. Shadow Blue is very fond of food, but he enjoys petting enough to stop eating for attention. He loves his rotating multi beam laser toys but doesn't play much with wand toys or play mice. He greets you with a "hello" meow when you come in the room and waits for pets before proceeding to eat. Shadow Blue has a fantastic purr! He's being fostered in a multi-cat home and doesn't spray. He would be ok with other cats or as an only kitty.

Our adoption fees are $75.00 for any kitty 6 months of age or older. $85 for kittens under 6 months of age. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained.

Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/adopt.  There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register.  For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at Adoptions@aaFlorida.org.  We are a foster organization and don't have set hours we are open - but we will gladly set up an appointment for you to meet any cat.  Of course, you're under no obligation to adopt if you come to meet any of our fabulous felines.
